1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and i899 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the i899 website located at i899.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or otherwise using any feature of the i899 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

i899 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, provided that such access did not result from a security failure on i899's part.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

i899 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (clear photo or scan showing full name and date of birth).

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, and payouts on i899 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). i899 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you initiate a transaction from a non-BDT payment source, any currency conversion costs are borne entirely by you.

4.4 Responsibility for Errors

If you make a deposit to an incorrect account or enter an incorrect amount, you must contact i899 support immediately. i899 will make reasonable efforts to assist but does not guarantee the recovery of funds sent in error through your payment provider's network.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

i899 offers a range of bonus products including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the i899 homepage or registration flow at the time of sign-up. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each player once and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount plus bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using i899, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the i899 platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the software for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using i899 as a vehicle to process funds obtained through illegal activity.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities where legally required, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round — whether caused by your internet connection, device failure, or a temporary platform outage — the game server will record the state of play at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last confirmed server state. i899 is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection events outside of our control, but will investigate any reported disconnection incident upon request.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Either party may close the player account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your i899 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, i899 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are completed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding compliance review is in progress.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion through our support team. • Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Activity that i899 reasonably believes constitutes bonus abuse.
• Any other conduct that i899 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by i899 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not obtained through prohibited activity will be returned to the verified source payment method at i899's discretion, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
